Any2AllFiles is a web-based tool that allows users to download publicly available Instagram content — videos, Reels, Stories, and photos. We operate as a service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) safe harbor provisions (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Any2AllFiles does not:

• Store, host, or cache Instagram videos on our servers
• Distribute or share Instagram content to any third party
• Upload or republish content from Instagram
• Encourage users to infringe on copyrights

Any2AllFiles facilitates access to publicly accessible URLs only. Content is streamed directly from Instagram's servers to the end user's device.

📋 What Qualifies for a DMCA Notice

You may submit a DMCA takedown notice if:

• You are the copyright holder (or authorized agent) of specific content
• You believe Any2AllFiles is directly facilitating infringement of your copyrighted work
• The infringing use is not covered by fair use or other exemptions

📝 Required Information in Your Notice

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

1. Your identity — Full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
2. Description of copyrighted work — Identify the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
3. Description of infringing material — Identify the specific material on Any2AllFiles you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it

5. Accuracy statement — "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed"
6. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature

🔄 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was incorrectly removed in response to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), a valid counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction

🔁 Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Any2AllFiles will terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers. We maintain records of DMCA notices and will take appropriate action, including blocking IP addresses, for repeated violations.
